New Features & Amazon Hosting Rolled Out

You've asked, and we've listened! Today we have rolled out a number of changes, improvements, and new features/functions to make your shopping experience better, your customer service experience more pleasant, and your ability to troubleshoot issues on your own all that much easier.

Some of our changes include:

  • New fulfillment message templates; less clutter and more substance.
  • Now supporting ISO Opener as our extraction tool of choice; no longer supporting Power ISO.
  • Fully migrated to Amazon Hosted downloads from SugarSync; download speeds up to 75% faster and less errors and corruption issues as a result.
  • New installation guide with step-by-step procedure and images. This is now included by default as an attachment to all our customers, and is also available in our new Forms & Docs Library as well as Knowledge Base
  • We have upgraded our eCommerce software to a new release, implementing a few new features, support for PHP 7, and resolving a host of bugs and issues.

News Page & Forms/Docs Library Pages Added

We are pleased to announce to our new forms and document library, added as an additional support resource for our customers.
From this page, customers may submit feedback, complete other forms, and download support documents such as our new step-by-step installation guide.

In addition to our Forms & Docs Library, we've added a new News & Updates page to our website. We'll use this page to post news regularly with changes to our catalog, exclusive promotions and savings, and much more.

We have also reformatted all of our fulfillment messages, for simplified viewing and added information/instruction.

Please be advised that we have recently made some changes to our phone systems and have migrated to a new provider to support our growing client base.
Our phone number has changed, effective immediately, to: 888-959-0955. Each of our departments can be reached at the following extensions, respectively:

1 - Sales
2 - Customer Service
3 - Accounting
4 - Technical Support

We remind all current and prospective clients that our telephone support is limited to the following times:

• Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am - 3:00pm
• Sunday: Closed

We can also be reached via fax at our new fax number: 888-959-0839. Our email support remains unchanged and is available 24/7/365.
We greatly appreciate your time and patience while the migration was completed. We're excited to be able to offer more refined, direct support in the coming years.

Limited Availability for New Years

We advise our current and prospective customers that support will be limited on the following days in light of the New Years holiday:

• Thursday, December 31, 2015
• Friday, January 1, 2016
• Saturday, January 2, 2016
• Sunday, January 3, 2016

Please note that members of our Sales, Customer Service, and Technical Support teams will be available, but response times may take longer than usual during this holiday and weekend to follow. Normal telephone and support activity will resume on Monday, January 4th.
The ideal means of communication is always using our contact form, which is automatically routed through our help desk system.

Remember, many questions are answered in our existing and growing Knowledge Base, so be sure to take advantage of this option for support as well.
